When replying to an email the received message isn't quoted (as per settings). When replying to a different message from the same sender with similar content i.e. text only, the received message is quoted. The same happens when forwarding mail. If all the text in the problem email is highlighted it then includes the text in the reply. This problem occurs for more than one user on the same machine. Both users have the same problem with the same emails on a different machine. The problem doesn't occur in Windows PCs or Webaccess.
