"Reply with Message" allows you to reply to an incoming call via text.

But what if you instead want to reply to a recent call via text? Is there something equivalent to "Reply with Message", or do you need to manually type the phone number into iMessage (or read off the phone number and ask Siri to send a text)?

[I tried getting Siri to send a text to "the last call" and "the most recent call", but it didn't understand either of those. In both cases, it responded "To who?"]

EDIT: Figured it out. You need to go into the information screen for the call. Within that, there is the option to reply via text. Or if it's the last call, and the notification is still on the front screen, if you hold your finger down on that, you will get the option to reply via text.
