If word got out to the masses that the Post Reporting system had malfunctioned, all hell would break loose....

The Mods had no choice but to say it was working

This was happening a few days ago when the forums were having a hissy fit. arn fixed it, so most likely he was tinkering with something again and broke the forums temporarily
