A number of users of this forum have been discussing the errors and problems with the Files App. The main problem seems to be the inability to write to (and read from) external devices. These devices include flash drives, SSD and hard drives, and SD cards. This is one of the stated 'features' of iOS 13.
Little seems to have changed in the Files App in the last several Betas. I was wondering if users were submitting feedback. Today, I wrote up a bug report and submitted it. The feedback returned "Recent Similar Reports: None." This indicates Files App issues are unreported.
It is important that everyone with a Files App issue report it as a bug. I attached my report to help others state their problem. The key point is to mention that you can't save files to an external device.
