Reprogram Option Key on New MBP

I love the new MBP but why two option keys? I really liked when (like on iBooks and Powerbooks) There was a little 'enter' key right where the option key is on the new MBP on the right hand side of the keyboard.

My question is; Does anyone know of a SAFE way to reprogram that right-hand option key to act as a return or enter key?
