General Request: Data Limit and ML Dock

I'm not sure where else to put this, but It would be great if someone could get a Mountain Lion dock on Cydia, I have search and found nothing! You'd thinking something like this was already be there.

Also I had a cool idea, where maybe someone could code an Applications that Queries the *DATA#, analyzes it, and determine your current data usage, and has push notifications for warnings and such.
