Resolved Request for O2-UK 12.1 IPCC file

Could someone send me, or provide the info I need to get hold of the physical IPCC file? (Wanting to put a custom carrier logo, without jailbreaking my 4S).

O2 UK 12.0 or 12.1. Had a look on http://iphonediags.apple.com but can only find up to version 9.

Infact... failing the actual IPCC file, would someone with a jailbroken iPhone be able to send me the contents of the O2 UK carrier bundle? Hoping I can patch together a custom IPCC file, using properly signed files (such as carrier.plist) and the carrier logo I want.

Anyone with a jailbroken iphone should be able to do it... location is /system/library/Carrier Bundles/iPhone/O2_UK.bundle.

(Reason I can't do it myself is I have just bought a 4S on 5.1.1 - but it doesn't have any blobs available. I don't want to jailbreak it and lose the ability to erase all content/settings without restoring to iOS 6.)
