General Request for tweak to use British English dictionary instead of American one

When we highlight a word, and define comes up, the dictionary is American no matter what setting under International and Keyboard, in iOS 6.1. Just check for example, the pronunciation for government. The British English dictionary was working in iOS 6.0.1 but is not working in iOS 6.1.
Can someone please make a tweak so that the British dictionary comes up? I'm sure many people speaking British English in the Commonwealth as well as the UK are willing to buy it.
