Jailbreak Request: new iconoclasm layout iphone 6 plus

Is anyone able to help out my creating an iconoclasm layout for me please?
I am looking for one to fit my iPhone 6 plus, and want one column on the far left and one column on the far right. Not sure if 6 or 7 icons (depth) would look best?
So something like this;

* blank *
* blank *
* blank *
* blank *
* blank *
* blank *

(Hope that makes some sense!)

Have tried playing about with home screen designer but it keeps crashing my iPhone.

Appreciate any help you can give me.
