Requesting Proxy on iPhone Guide

Hey all. Though I don't come across many networks that have restricted access (i.e. my school's network) since I don't attend school anymore for now, I still think it'd be nice to have a walkthrough on how to get such iPhone proxy apps as TinyProxy and MouseHole working. That way, when the user is connected to a WiFi network, or on EDGE they can bypass any possible port blockages, etc.

I am on my iPhone right now. My madre set the parental block on the $5.99 t-zones and it won't let me log into StumbleUpon. Is there any way around this?
