Require Pin For Apps?

Is there a privacy setting that will require a pin or password to download an app onto my Apple TV?
My kids keep downloading apps, and I'd like to put a stop to it.

Yes under your user name in Users and Accounts.
If you have multiple profiles then you’ll need to do the same for each.

Doesn’t work. I think the problem, is that I’ve got some of these apps on my other devices. So, when I go to the App Store on the Apple TV, it gives me the download option, not “Get.”

Any other ideas?
