Require username AND password everytime?

Is this possible? Under System Preferences->Users & Groups->Login Options there is the option to show the login window as either list of users, or name and password. I selected name and password but it only seems to work when I restart or fully log out of my account. Is there anyway to force it to require both the user and password every time, even after going to sleep?

Go to keychain access and set to require password

Go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General and set it to require a password after sleep.
