Hey,

Ok, I'm on holiday at the moment and the web upgrades on Monday were shambolic at the least. Now I'm looking at going to the nearby o2 store tomorrow to upgrade instead.

My concern is that I have no proof of address although I have my o2 account number noted down, my visa debit card which in currently using to pay my iPhone contract at the moment, plus my NI card and driving license (with my old address on).

The items I have with me appeared to be more than sufficient to do the online upgrade, but is it also the same in-store?

Please advise! Need to know if its worth queueing up early tomorrow morning.

Thanks.
