Hello. I know none of you guys are mind readers but in your best judgement, do you guys think I would be able to sell my mint base MBPr (15 inch) for 1500 come may time or should I expect lower.

Yes! If you sell in May it will still have warranty - use that as a major selling point.

I would expect atleast another 50 dollars because of warranty. Or you could take it to your apple store to have them value it and sell a 100 dollars over the estimate if you consider it to be low or sell it to apple if the price offered meets your expectations.
