Resell value on 3G, iOS4 or iOS3

I know, may be a stupid question, but I'm just wondering which would have a better resale value, my 3G with iOS4 or iOS3.

I would think 4 but part of me wonders if some one who wanted to jailbreak the phone wouldn't prefer iOS3 (or rather what's on my phone) and anyone who doesn't can easily update when they get the phone.

So, which do you guys think woudl get me better resale?

Enable Multitasking and background wallpaper.
Sell for MILLIONS!

If you can unlock it (3.1.2) then keep iOS 3 and and do it. Otherwise just keep iOS 3 and in the auction/craigslist posting say you're willing to update to iOS 4 if requested. That way you're covered either way
