Sometimes this box pops up when I try to return the the previous page, sometimes it doesn't (even on the same page which is odd) But, how can I get it to quit popping up? If I hadn't wanted to resend something, I wouldn't have hit back!

I see this when going back would take me from an insecure to a secure page. I think the idea is to prevent inadvertent double purchasing (just a guess). Since I know what I am doing, and it only happens a few times a year, I ignore it.
What browser are you using? Some of them will have a little "Don't Show This Again" checkbox.
