Anyone else experiencing this problem? Received my reservation email this morning, clicked on "complete order" then went through the process. However, in the middle of completing my order, got an error message saying "page cant be found". I tried to go back to my email and restart the process and its saying it cant find the reservation. Tried locating via Apple ID and Reservation number with no success.
After 2 hours on hold, Apple told me to call AT&T to reset passcode which they did but that didn't work either.
Would appreciate any help in resolving this.
