From what I've seen some other people have had this same issue but I'm not sure what they ended up doing or what their current order status is.
I attempted to pre-order a space gray 64GB Verizon iPhone 6 Plus on friday as soon as the online store would let me and ended up with a reservation number.
later that day I got the email telling me Apple was ready to continue with my pre-order. I attempted to place the pre-order but the website told me it couldn't find my reservation number.
I called Apple and eventually got a supervisor (Jordan Salas - very helpful and understanding) who said he'd look into it and eventually I got a call on Sunday from him telling me the best option was to pre-order and he would attempt to get me the iPhone by Friday or ASAP by sending the order and my case with the screwed up reservation number to an internal team that would try to fix it.
Yesterday the order status updated saying it would deliver Friday but it still says it's processing items.
Is anyone else in the same situation? Anyone else have theirs ship or preparing to ship yet?
