I placed an order with Reserve and Pick-up (https://reserve.cdn-apple.com/US/en...e.com/shop/buy-iphone/iphone6&channel=1&iPP=Y) and received an email confirmation to pick-up on 09/25.
However, the email stated:

Your carrier information.
If you currently have a wireless account, be sure to bring along your password and any other relevant account information.
Your personal information.
You will be asked to provide a current, personal US credit card, your Social Security number and date of birth for a credit check.
Two forms of identification.
You’ll need valid primary and secondary IDs, and the first and last names on both must match.

Your current mobile phone.
If you’re upgrading from another iPhone, remember to back up your data to your computer or iCloud. You’ll also want to take note of your Apple ID. We can even give you credit for your old iPhone to use toward the purchase of a new one.
