So does anyone know yet if reservations can be placed at the same time as pre-orders?

I hope so! I live in an apartment so having the Watch delivered is risky at best. I will also be working and out and about that day so I won't be able to sign for a delivery. I'd rather just grab it from a local Apple Store.

Yes, in US it will be possible. The rest of the world will probably have to wait till 4/25
