Reset Admin Password without Apple ID link?

I have forgotten the admin password on my cMBP running 10.9. My admin password is not linked to my Apple ID. Is there another way to reset the password?

Thank you, that worked perfectly. Is there anyway to reset the local keychain? I was able to reset the system keychain but not the local one. I also have an error stating that "A keychain cannot be found to store "registrationV1."
