Reset all content and setting not working on 3GS

I am trying clear everything on my 3GS so I can sell it and doesn't work. It has been sitting for over 24hours now with little spinning wheel likes its processing something but stays there...

I've tried it multiple times and does the same.

That's the problem.
The erase all doesnt work on jailbroken iphones.
Dont sit there and look at it any more it wont get futher.
You need to do a DFU restore.
