iPad Reset all settings - JB 7.0.4 iPad Air

So I am having some problems on my device... Some apps I download are being downloaded as the iPhone version on my device and I can't seem to rectify the problem at all.

I also need to recover certain apps from backup that have been removed from the app store...

Anyway... My problem is I am jailbroken, can't save blobs, and can't reset without removing jailbreak.. From what I've read, I'm screwed, but I figured I'd make a last ditch effort here.

Any ideas?

Try semi restore search google for semi restore iOS 7

You can reset all settings on a jailbroken device. You just can't erase all content and settings. All reset settings does is turn the preferences plists to their defaults.
