I want to create a complete fresh backup of my old iPhone and to restore that backup on another newer iPhone.
I have to do this on a laptop from someone else which has Windows 7 installed and have the option "encrypted" password selected in iTunes. Eventhough all previous backups are already deleted, the password is still required for unselecting the option of encryption or restoring any new backup.

I want to set up a new password for the encryption and do not care about old backups as they don't exist anymore....

How to get rid off the old password ?

I have the latest iTunes version on a Windows 7 x64 machine
