Hi guys,

I want to reset my iPhone XS iOS 14 (touchscreen does not response anymore) and send it to apple. The problem is, that my iPhone is disconnected from wifi and cellular (tried to reboot etc. then both disconnected) so iCloud couldn't find my iPhone and my new Mac is not set as trustworthy. Since my touchscreen is broken, I can't agree the trust request on my iPhone.
So, do you guys have any tricks to wipe this thing? Since, all my bank accounts, wallets and personal data is stored on that device, I'm concerned to send a non-wiped iPhone to Apple..

Thanks a lot!!!
Best

So in the meantime, I connected the device in DFU mode with my Mac and tried to recovery the device. But every time, after downloading the latest software the iPhone is releasing DFU mode without wiping or anything and I'm stuck again :(
