Reset email Ipad

Somehow a relative at Christmas got into my IPad and set it to use his email and his password, which I do not know. How do I get his information off of my IPad without knowing the password he used and how do I reset it with my email and password?

Look in Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars... in the top of that screen you should see listed under the Accounts section all mail accounts on the iPad. Just delete relatives account and add yours.

If you want to block this in the future, go into Restrictions and set it up so accounts cannot be changed.
