My iPhone just shutdown so i needed to reset it i just want to know if this will happen again in the future and how to prevent it
Are you saying you had to turn it back on, or you completely reset by reinstalling the OS?
What were the circumstances that caused it to shut off? Need more details for anyone to be able to help.
I just started it after it shutdown by itself , i had to press the home button and the shutdown button at the same time for about 15 seconds for it to start, i think the problem wasn't in the battery because it was 67% so it must be a software problem i don't know .
