Reset iPhone 4s - Contacts?

Hello people

On my iPhone 4s I have this problem. Whenever I call someone, my number will not show up, and therefore I have to reset my iPhone, and NOT use the backup. I will lose all my data on my iPhone.
The thing I'm most concerned of, is my contacts.
When I have reseted my iPhone, will I then be able to download my contacts only, from iCloud?
I have got all my contacts on iCloud.com.

Yes. Just make sure when setting the account up in settings everything else is set to no.
