Do not ask me why but I have done a reset which took two hours and I did not have the sim card in the phone. Now I am locked out of the phone. The only screen that comes up has a Itunes icon with an arrow underneath it showing the data cable. It has the slide but it only allows emergency call. What have I done and how do I fix it PLEASE?????

you have to connect it to itunes... to activate it, you need to put in a sim card.
insert a sim card and then sync to itunes, should work then...
