Reset network settings (searching) *Forever*

When resetting network settings on the iPhone 4 it picked up the signal right after reboot, on the 4S it takes about 1-3 minutes. Anyone else?

Yes I've noticed that too. I don't think it has take me 3 minutes even though it felt like it but maybe a minute. Iphone4 was almost instant!

I had 3GS and I've noticed this too..
