After upgrading to Snow Leopard, I set my connection to my Samsung HDTV to be 1080p. It is connected through a DVI-HDMI cable and is a second connection to my Mac Pro. After a short time, the connection stopped working. When I switched my TV to the input that is coming from the Mac Pro, the other monitor would flash blue, like it realized I was connecting a second monitor, but under preferences, the second monitor did not show up.

I am curious if I can somehow reset the 1080p setting for my Samsung when the TV is not connected.

Thanks in advance for any help.
