Reset watch prior to beta install?

To install the Beta 5 on the watch, from 1.01, do you need to reset the watch first? Or just install profile on the watch?

Which is pretty much everyone here with the beta, except they're not actually developers.

OP, I'd wait until apple releases the new version to the public. From what I've heard (unsubstantiated), it may be difficult to roll it back if its unstable or causing you issues.

I guess we're about 4 to 5 weeks away from the official release of wOS 2. Why even bother with installing a beta when you don't even know how to do it besides issues that could occur after the installation?
