Resetting Fitness Awards / Competition

So I can't find any clear answers of steps to reset all Fitness Awards.

I've had awards sitting under Competitions there since 2019 and none of the friends use Apple Watch anymore.
I don't mind resetting all health data, phone and/or watch and setting up as new.

Thanks for any advice
