Behind you!
Is it possible to 'reset' your system's fonts? I've played around with loads over the years for projects, silly things and so on. None of them do I use on a regular basis and I have backups if I need them, so I don't mind losing them. Is their a utility, or a built-in way that I can reset my system back to literally just the fonts that come preinstalled?

It depends on how much trouble you want to go to. I'd say the easiest way to do this is via an Archive & Install. Of course, remove all the fonts in your various accounts beforehand because this'll only replace the system fonts by default.
