I installed Office 2011 a couple of weeks ago, but sort of rushed through the first-run of Outlook, and without going into too much detail why, I'd like to run Outlook as if it were it's first run again.

Does anyone know how to force it into this? Thanks.

Shut down Outlook and delete the folder ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity and its subfolders. Then restart outlook and select Outlook / Preferences. Click on Accounts and you will be prompted to create a new account.
Please be aware that doing this will delete ALL data held in Outlook

Spot on. Thanks for the quick and useful reply!
