Resize App?

I want to do something I consider to be quite simple: I want to resize a photo on my iPad before I upload it to Dropbox. For some reason, lots of apps don't include this functionality (Snapseed, PS Express, etc).

Is there an app that will do a GOOD JOB of resizing my images (smaller) on my iPad?

Filterstorm (or its Pro version) and the newer, iOS7-inspired Filterstorm Neue can do this and many other things.

You can use Adobe Photoshop Express for image editing.
