iPhone Resize banner notifications

I was searching for this for a while, found it (I THINK on this site), and then got distracted, forgot to download it, and now can't find it again

So looking for something to resize notification banners. Bonus points if you can change their background and text color, but really only need to resize them.

iOS 7.0.4 iPhone 5s compatible please.

Tinybar; it was recently updated to allow you to change the size of the notification banner and other options such as how long it stays up
