Hi guys,

I'm using El Capitan. Is it possible to increase the size of the calendar on the screen AND keep it that way every time I restart my Mac? My Calendar starts automatically on startup, but then the calendar size has gone small again. Very frustrating as I have a lot of entries, which get squeezed out.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure mine comes back showing the same extents as when I last closed it. I have monitor resolutions problems that make it look smaller sometimes, but still the same number of lines, etc. showing. You could have plist file issues, but I'm not sure if deleting and starting Calendar again is ok to do.

Well, how about that, this trick works... "Hide the sidebar by clicking the "Calendar" button in the toolbar, close the application and it will reopen with the window size remembered. However, if one leaves the sidebar open and THEN closes the app it will NOT remember the window position between restarts."

You only need to close the side bar prior to resizing the calendar. Once you've resized and restarted, you can leave the sidebar open and it will still start in the size you want to.
