Resize Individual Dock Icons?

This is a somewhat petty complaint, but I find the dock icon for Acrobat Pro XI obnoxiously large. Being a square icon, it should have the same proportions as the icons used for System Preferences or Activity Monitor, but it's noticeably bigger than both.

Is there any way I can resize the icon? Or is there some other Acrobat icon that I can use in its place? It would have to look sharp on a retina screen.

You could open up the icon in preview and manually resize them all.
