resize Mac Menubar?

Is it possible to resize the menubar? without changing the display resolution?
I am using 1440 * 900 but want menubar look like smaller?

I don't think so, maybe if you'd enable resolution independence but the Menu Bar like the title bar of a window is static in its size if I remember correctly.

Nope, the size is not dynamic/adjustable.
