Resize partition into free space at front of drive?

(See Picture) How do I resize my Mac OS Partition into this free space at the front of my drive? There has to be a way....

The only way is via a clean install or if you clone the internal two partitions to two partitions on an external HDD, repartition the internal HDD and clone the data back.

I've used Coriolis' iPartition successfully in the past:

It's not cheap ($45), but I've found it reliable. As always, make a "just-in-case" backup first!

Have same problem, need solution.

I have the same problem as the original poster. Can someone describe the clean install/cloning solution in detail and or indicate whether the coriolis software works for this specific problem?
