There's a function in Windows 7 where you can automatically fit a window to take half the screen. You can do this either by pressing 'windows key'+left/right arrow or drag the window to the side and it will automatically resize.
I find it incredibly useful for doing work among two applications.
Is there something analogous to this in OSX? I find it tedious to be dragging and manually resizing all the time.
