resizeVolume by terminal

I have a problem...

diskutil list shows:
GUID_partition_scheme size 14.0 TB (disk1),
EFI size 209,7 MB (disk1s1)
Apple_HFS size 10.7 TB (disk1s2)
but
diskutil resizeVolume disk1s2 limits shows:
For device disk1s2:
Current size: 10.7 TB
Minimum size: 8.8 TB
Maximum size: 10.7 TB

How can I fix maximum size to resizeVolume disk1s2 to 14.0 TB?

Is this a RAID setup?

disk1 is a LUN on SAN storage. I typed these commands on Mac, where disk1 is mounted and in use.
