iOS Resizing a Chatbox in Web View?

I have a Web View which loads a chatbox from a website, which works all ok apart from a resizing issue.

I can resize the Web View by dragging out the Web View borders in the storyboard section, but when i test in different size screens in the simulator they are not sized correctly.

I have tried ticking Scaling - Scales Page To Fit in the Web View inspector on the right, but this causes the chatbox to not load and just a white screen or renders the text too small.

Also, i would like the Web View to load up to the bottom of the chatbox rather than load up with the top, as users would have to scroll all the way to the bottom on loading.

Any ideas?
