Resizing console view

I'm running XP Pro in Parallels on a MacBook OSX.4.8. I cannot resize the console view window because the lower right corner grabby thingey is off the screen, and cannot be revealed by any method I've tried, and I've tried all the standard Mac stuff. I can go to the full screen view, but that's just a regular Windoz desktop, without the little lower right corner grabby thingey. Suggestions?
It;s not the end of the world, but it is annoying.
