On The Nickel, over there....
Can this be done?
I have a lot of pictures in iPhoto 08 that I want to reduce in size to 800x600 to fit on a SD card. I can resize them one at a time, but does anyone know of a way to resize many pictures at once? It would sure be a timesaver for me.
Thanks for any help!

Open them all in Preview, select them all, then resize and save changes. Simple!

Thanks!

Wow, two great answers in two minutes. MR is a fantastic place! As I've never used Automator and am somewhat daunted by it, I will use GGJ's advice.
Thanks again! :)

Okay, I am even less savvy than I thought. I have opened them in Preview, but how do I select them all?
Once I select one of them, the other is deselected. Holding Shift or Command while clicking with the mouse doesn't seem to help.
Any ideas?

Noone realized yet that this can be done directly in iPhoto?

Select many images, export, change size to export with.

Some of us prefer not to use iPhoto. In addition, Preview lets you adjust the size of the existing files, rather than having to export a new copy.
