Resizing windows with trackpad

On the beta, and I’m not able to resize windows with my trackpad. Is there a special trick to this or maybe just a beta bug? Or a setting I need to change?

I'm having no issues resizing windows on the beta, with a trackpad. Are you in windowed mode? You can access it from control centre, it's an icon that looks like overlapping windows. Once activated it you should see a white 'handle' at the corner of the window. however you can actually resize the window using any corner / edge of the window.

Hmm. I’m in windowed mode but maybe it’s a limitation of my keyboard/trackpad combo, I can’t drag anything, really.

Is that what that handle on the bottom right does? Damn, here I was wondering how to use multitasking since they took the three dot menu I'm used to away, and didn't want to touch that assuming it was gonna take me back to the home screen or something that YouTube implemented in an app update (figured part of the YouTube app)
