Recently I opened my MBP (it's about a 2yr old 2Ghz Core Duo) and when it woke up from sleep, the screen resolution was much lower than the standard 1440x900. I can't remember what the exact dimensions were, but I believe it was in a 4:3 aspect ratio too because I couldn't see the entire menu bar at the top, or all of the windows that were open.
I opened up system preferences and saw that it was at a different resolution and I switched it back to 1440x900 and it was fine. In the 2 years I've had it, I have never once changed the screen resolution, so I thought this was strange that it would do it by itself this time.
Has anyone else seen/heard of this happening?
