Resolutionof photos transferred to PC/Win7

I have looked many place but cannot find any answer to this question:
What is the resolution of the pictures that end up on my PC when I transfer them via a USB cable using the Import Pictures and Videos in the Windoz file browser?

More precisely: is the resolution of the photos that end up on the PC the exact same resolution (e.g. original size) as in the iphone? I am using a 5s.

I can specify the resolution if I email a photo, but I have a lot of photos and it would be way to much time to email them all.

yes they will be full resolution if you drag them from the phone to the PC while connected to USB
