RESOLVED: Apple Pay in iPad Pro

Got my 10.0.1 update on the big ipad pro and 6s, after dfu with no data loss.

Where is the Apple Pay in the iPad Pro? I thought this was in settings. Just got a notification from the bank that says Apple Pay was removed from the iPad.
There's a new option in Safari, but I can't specify which card to use.

This problem is now fixed. Going to a DFU again to start as new, and now "Wallet & Apple Pay" shows up in settings; it was missing from the glitch this morning.
